Reporting non-consensual intimate imagery
Last updated Aug. 20, 2026
What this page is for
If an intimate image or story on My Spicy Vanilla depicts you, and you did not consent to it, you can ask us to remove it. We will act on valid requests within 48 hours.
This applies whether the content is a photograph, a story, or an image created by artificial intelligence. It does not matter how the content was made. If it depicts you and you did not agree to it, you can report it.
You do not need an account to make a request. You do not need a lawyer.
Who can make a request
- The person depicted in the content.
- Someone authorised to act on that person's behalf, such as a parent, guardian, or legal representative.
How to make a request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line NCII Removal Request.
Please include:
- Your name, and your signature (typing your full name at the end of the email is sufficient).
- A link to the content. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar. If you cannot provide a link, describe where you saw the content in as much detail as you can, so we can locate it.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content depicts you and was shared without your consent.
- An email address or other way to reach you so we can confirm the outcome.
You do not need to send us a copy of the content, and you do not need to send identification documents to open a request. We may ask for more information if we cannot locate the content or confirm the request is genuine.
Email a removal requestWhat happens next
- We will confirm we have received your request.
- We will remove the content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
- We will make reasonable efforts to find and remove any identical copies on our platform.
- We will let you know once this is done.
We remove content in good faith when it reasonably appears to be non-consensual. We do not require you to prove your case before we act.
Content involving anyone under 18
If the content depicts a person under 18, tell us in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent. Content of this kind is prohibited on our platform without exception and is handled separately from the process above.
In the United States, you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at CyberTipline.org. Outside the United States, contact your local law enforcement or national reporting hotline.
A note on how our platform works
Almost everything created on My Spicy Vanilla is private to the account that created it. Stories and images are not published, indexed, or visible to other users unless the account holder specifically shares them, either with a named email address or with a private club they belong to.
This means most content on our platform is not visible to anyone else. If you have seen content that depicts you, it was shared with you or with a group you have access to, and we can act on it.
