Safety is core to My Spicy Vanilla's mission and we are committed to building a platform where users can safely create and enjoy AI-generated stories. Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to anyone who uses My Spicy Vanilla's tools and services, and is intended to help our users stay safe and to ensure our platform is being used responsibly.

If we discover that your usage violates My Spicy Vanilla's policies, we may issue a warning requesting a change in your behavior, adjust the safety settings of your in-product experience, or suspend your access to our tools and services.

Prohibited Uses

We do not allow our products and services to be used in connection with, including to generate, any of the following:

This includes using our products or services to:

Promote or facilitate the generation or distribution of spam
Generate content for fraudulent activities or scams
Violate any person's rights, including privacy rights as defined in applicable privacy law
Inappropriately use confidential or personal information
Interfere with or negatively impact My Spicy Vanilla's products or services
Utilize prompts and results to train an AI model (e.g., "model scraping")

We strictly prohibit and will report to relevant authorities and organizations where appropriate any content that exploits or abuses minors. This includes content related to grooming, pedophilia, nudity, or that describes, encourages, supports, or distributes any form of child sexual exploitation, abuse, or material.

We do not permit any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies non-consensual sexual acts, including rape or other forms of sexual assault. Content involving necrophilia or coprophilia is also explicitly prohibited. We additionally prohibit content involving the non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part, including any violence that infringes on the physical integrity or dignity of an individual.

Content that promotes, glorifies, or describes incestuous relationships or bestiality is explicitly prohibited. Such content is harmful and illegal in many jurisdictions, and we take strict measures to prevent its spread through our platform.

We do not allow content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies explicit violence or gore. This includes graphic depictions of physical harm, injury, or death, as well as content that celebrates or encourages violent acts.

We prohibit the creation, distribution, or promotion of content that:

Mentions or depicts copyrighted characters from any medium, including but not limited to film, television, books, and video games, without explicit authorization
Uses the likeness, voice, or other identifying features of celebrities or public figures without their consent, including AI-generated images, audio, or video that misrepresents or could deceive others regarding the identity of such figures

This includes using our platform to:

Promote or encourage real-world self-harm or suicide
Target, shame, humiliate, bully, or harass real individuals

This includes using our products or services to:

Threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence or terrorism
Describe, encourage, support, or provide instructions on how to commit violent acts against persons, animals, or property
Encourage hate speech or discriminatory practices that could cause harm to individuals or communities based on their protected attributes, such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or any other identifying trait
