Yes, your subscription to My Spicy Vanilla covers unlimited devices. Once subscribed, you can enjoy our services on any device, anywhere, without needing to purchase additional licenses.

What you write yourself is yours: your prompts, characters, locations, plugins, and any edits you make. We never claim ownership of it.

The stories, images, and audio the AI generates from your input work a little differently. We don’t claim ownership of them either, but we can’t promise they are protected by copyright, or that no one else will ever generate something similar from a similar prompt. The law on AI-generated content is still unsettled and varies by country. What we can do is give you a license to use them.

On a free plan, that license covers personal use. On a premium plan (day pass, monthly, quarterly, or annual), it also covers commercial use, so you can publish, share, or sell what you generate while your plan is active, as long as it follows our terms.

Everything you create is private by default — no one can see your stories unless you choose to share them. We never use your content to train AI models.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the My Subscriptions page in your account. There, you will see a list of your subscriptions and can cancel the one you wish to terminate. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Yes, if all of these apply: you bought a monthly subscription, you have made fewer than three generations (stories, images, or audio), and you contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will process the refund promptly.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Subscription renewals
• Day passes
• Audio credits
• Access extensions
• Annual or quarterly subscriptions

This does not limit your refund rights under consumer law. If something went wrong on our side, for example the service did not work or you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will put it right.

If your payment does not go through for any reason, your account will lose premium access. Here’s what that means for you:

• Access to Existing Content: You will still have access to all your generations, created locations, and characters. All your existing content remains private and secure.
• Feature Limitations: You won’t be able to create new locations or characters. Additionally, when generating stories, you will be limited to selecting no more than two options.
• Story Generation: You will be able to generate only 2 stories per day until the payment issue is resolved.

All your existing data will remain intact, and you can regain full premium access by updating your payment information at any time from the My Subscriptions page. Yes, you can delete your account at any time from the Manage Account page. You have 24 hours to change your mind. After that, your profile, email address, stories, characters, images, and audio are permanently deleted. We keep only a small set of records where the law requires it, mainly billing records for tax purposes.
