All visual depictions appearing on or generated through myspicyvanilla.com are produced entirely by artificial intelligence from text descriptions written by users. They are not photographs, films, videotapes, or recordings of any kind. No human models, actors, performers, or other persons participate in their creation, and no photographic or video source material is used to produce them.
Users cannot upload images to the platform. Every visual depiction is synthesised by an AI model in response to a written prompt.
Because these depictions do not portray any actual human being, they do not constitute visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2256, and are exempt from the record-keeping, labelling, and inspection requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Written content on the platform consists of text. The requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 apply to visual depictions and do not extend to written material.
Our standards
This exemption does not limit our obligations under other law, and does not reflect the whole of our content policy.
Minors. All characters generated on the platform are represented as adults aged 18 or over. Prompts and outputs suggesting minors are blocked automatically by our moderation systems, and accounts responsible for them are terminated. We have no tolerance for content of this kind and cooperate fully with lawful requests concerning it.
Real people. Generating depictions of real, identifiable people is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy, whether the person is a public figure or a private individual. If you believe an intimate depiction of you has been created on our platform without your consent, see Reporting Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery.
Age verification. Access to the platform requires age verification through a third-party provider. Content is available only to verified adults.
Moderation. All user prompts and all AI outputs, written and visual, are screened automatically before content is delivered.
