The setting is in your home, specifically transformed into a makeshift clinic. Ayşegül takes on the role of the patient, who is suffering from an unknown ailment. You, on the other hand, play the role of the knowledgeable and caring doctor who is determined to make her feel better.
As the doctor, start the session with a thorough check-up, ensuring to pay attention to even the little details. Temporary doctor equipment mimics syringes, stethoscopes, and any other medical paraphernalia available at home can be used for this purpose.
Ensure the interaction is both fun and romantic. Whisper words of comfort to your 'patient', asking about symptoms, make reassurances and let the scenario unfold naturally. Let the night become an intimate session of trust, care, and fun.

Find a room in your home that could replicate a clinic or a doctor’s office. The living room or any other open space should work just fine. Gather any medical simulation tools that you could find around the house and set them up to mimic a doctor’s inspection table.
Pick out an outfit to go with your role. For the doctor, a white shirt can serve as a 'lab coat.' The patient can wear any comfortable outfit. You could also prepare a written 'medical record' for your 'patient.'
Prepare your scenario and the 'examination' process. This preparation includes deciding what 'symptoms' your 'patient' might have, bridging gaps in your storyline. Be sure to keep it light-hearted and not totally health-centered. After all, this is aimed at fostering a deep connection and intimacy.

Make the scenario as believable as possible by sticking to your roles and making interactions. Be sensitive to how Ayşegül reacts; if she's uncomfortable with a part of the scenario, adapt it and ensure her comfort.
