You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to My Profile -> Manage Account -> My Subscriptions. There, you will see a list of your subscriptions and can cancel the one you wish to terminate. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Yes, we offer refunds to users who have made fewer than three generations after purchasing monthly subscription. If you find that My Spicy Vanilla does not meet your expectations and you have used the service minimally, simply contact us within the first 30 days of your subscription. We’ll process your refund promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that refunds for renewals, day passes, audio credits and access extensions are not possible.

If your payment does not go through for any reason, your account will lose premium access. Here’s what that means for you:

• Access to Existing Content: You will still have access to all your generations, created locations, and characters. All your existing content remains private and secure.
• Feature Limitations: You won’t be able to create new locations or characters. Additionally, when generating stories, you will be limited to selecting no more than two options.
• Story Generation: You will be able to generate only one story per day until the payment issue is resolved.

All your existing data will remain intact, and you can regain full premium access by updating your payment information at any time. If you have any further questions or need assistance with updating your payment details, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from the "Manage Account" page. Your account can be restored within 24 hours of deletion. After this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our database.
