Have A Video Game Night
If you or your partner enjoys playing video games, make a date night of it! Put on your favorite sweatpants and T-shirt, grab some snacks, put on a game and play into the wee hours of the night with your lover.
Choose the games that you and your partner will play. You can play against each other for fun or work together to beat the levels.
There are some pretty awesome games to choose from. Playstation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch offer fun games that can be played by two people at a time.
Mario Kart, Crash Bandicoot Nitro Racing, Don't Starve Together, Borderlands 2/3, Overcooked and The Forest are some nifty options.
Get comfy - put on your favorite lazy-day clothes, tie up your hair and just relax. This date is about serious unwinding so dress the part!
Have your snacks and drinks close by. Whether you and your partner decide to co-op or take each other on, you’ll want to stay close to the console or PC.
To make things a little more fun and competitive, decide beforehand that the loser needs to do household chores for a week, or something similar.
If you don’t have any good games, borrow games from your friends or buy a couple online.
You don’t have to just play mainstream games, there are loads of indie (independently developed) games that are a lot of fun as well.
Oh My Godheads!, Duck Game and Castle Crashers Remastered are some popular indie games to consider. All of them offer a unique but fun gaming experience.
