Here, a word can elevate or destroy, and every touch carries a price.

Zara’s voice cuts through the steam, her tone deceptively gentle. ‘Mira, attend to Leyla’s feet.’ You kneel, your hands hovering over ankles adorned with gold. Leyla’s smile doesn’t reach her eyes as she leans close. ‘One wrong move, girl, and you’ll be scrubbing floors forever.’ Outside, a man’s laughter carries—the Sultan, they say. You freeze, your fingers brushing skin that’s softer than it should be. The Golden Door stands closed, but tonight, anything could change.
